We are stationed in the Greater Poland National Park.

This is where we have a house, an office, a workshop and a forest outside the window. This is where we implement and test all our ideas. Just 5 minutes is enough to test the accessories we install on Koloride bikes on nearby gravel roads. We will be happy to tell you what it was like with our prototype!

The first tests were in the Canary Islands, the second 15 km near Poznań.

The undulating moraine landscape favored us and we could not complain about the lack of varied terrain. It was late autumn and we tested the bike on a Gatsa belt combined with a multi-speed hub, which is perfect for difficult weather conditions. Then we moved our exam to the second stage and replaced the belt with a chain. The traditional drive also passed with flying colors.

Checked, approved.

We can safely say that the frame works great both on a belt and a chain. We dragged the bike through snow, mud, sand, gravel, roots and asphalt. Longer and shorter routes. During sports training and quieter trips. Result?

The Koloride bike is comfortable to ride in a slightly elevated, universal position. Thanks to the electronics, the ride is super smooth. Pirelli tires guarantee fantastic grip, and the RockShox shock absorber handles potholes, bumps and terrible washboards perfectly.

The tests ended successfully, and we have bikes in two drive variants:

sprockets – Shimano Alfine di2
hub – Shimano GRX di2
levers – GRX BR-RX810 brakes

Chain version:
– complete Shimano GRX 817 1x11s Di2 group

The bikes roll on Pirelli Gravel RC tires and wheels on DT Swiss G540 rims. Additionally, the indestructible DT 350 hub was fitted with Sapim spokes by the wheelwrights from Lemonbikec.eu. Let's not forget about the ZIPP Service Course 70 Ergo handlebar with Supacaz Super Sticky Kush wrap and the Selle Italia Model X, Superflow L saddle.
