TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE www.koloridecycling.com
These Terms and Conditions define the general terms, rules and manner of sale conducted by Koloride Sp. z o. o. based in Puszczykowo, via the online store www.koloridecycling.com.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Type and scope of services provided electronically and the rules for concluding product sales agreements. The Terms are in accordance with applicable law, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
The Seller makes the Terms available free of charge on the Store website before using the services. Every user is obliged to comply with them from the moment of starting to use the Store.
2. DEFINITIONS
The actual act of delivering to the Customer the goods specified in the order.
Entity for whom electronic services may be provided.
Movable item available in the Store, being the subject of the Sales Agreement.

3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Using the Store requires a web browser (e.g. Chrome 66+, Safari 5+) with JavaScript and cookies enabled. Internet connection should have a minimum bandwidth of 1024 kbit/s.
The use of cookies is for the correct operation of the Store and does not damage the Customer's device.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PLACING ORDERS
All products are new and free from defects. Prices are given in PLN and EUR (gross) and do not include delivery costs.
An order is placed by selecting a Product and adding it to the "CART". After completing the order and choosing the form of payment and delivery, the offer is sent to the Seller. The contract is concluded when the Customer receives confirmation of acceptance of the order for execution.
6. PAYMENTS
We offer the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer (ING Bank Śląski: 73 1050 1520 1000 0090 3257 6366)
- Fast transfer / BLIK (PayU)
- Credit cards / Google Pay / Apple Pay
- Installments (PayU)
7. DELIVERY
We deliver within Poland and internationally. Delivery cost is determined during the order process.
The Customer is obliged to inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier. In case of damage, a damage report should be drawn up.
9. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
Manufacturer warranty:
- 5 years on frames and forks.
- 2 years on other parts of the Product.
Complaints under statutory warranty or guarantee should be sent to: [email protected]. The Seller will respond within 14 days.
