Remember that a bicycle configured to your individual needs and unique preferences is not eligible for return.
1. Right of withdrawal
Subject to the exceptions described below, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded via the Store within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from:
- The day on which you acquired the goods.
- In the case of multiple goods delivered separately – the day you received the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by post or e-mail: [email protected]).
2. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
We will make the refund using the same payment method as used in the original transaction.

Important:
- You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
- You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary.
3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to contracts:
- A) Where the subject of the contract is a non-prefabricated item, made to your specification or intended to meet your individual needs (e.g. custom bicycle).
- B) Where the subject of the contract is a item liable to deteriorate rapidly.
- C) Delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons after opening.
