Why Koloride?

Detail engineering, gravel passion, and handcrafted Polish manufactory.

Koloride was founded to create the ultimate bike for long distances, rugged terrain, and harsh weather conditions. We do not build mass-market catalogue bikes — each bicycle is an individual engineering project pairing advanced materials with effortless maintenance.

01

Titanium & 3D Printing

Titanium (Grade 9 / Ti-3Al-2.5V) merges low weight with unmatched durability and natural vibration dampening. In our flagship models (like DISCOVER Ti), we use 3D-printed titanium frame junctions that eliminate weld fatigue and allow seamless internal cable routing.

02

Gates Carbon Drive Belt Transmission

A carbon fiber reinforced belt never rusts, never needs lube, and requires zero tension adjustments. Paired with 8- or 11-speed Shimano Alfine hubs (or electronic Di2), you get a drivetrain completely impervious to mud, sand, snow, and road salt.

03

Convertible Dropouts (Belt or Chain)

From the very first CAD sketch, modularity was our priority. With our proprietary convertible dropout system, you can switch between a chain and a Gates belt transmission at any time without replacing the frame.

04

Polish Manufactory & 5-Year Warranty

We design, build, and paint our bikes in our workshop in Puszczykowo, Poland, nestled right by the Wielkopolska National Park. We back our frames with a 5-year warranty and direct engineer support.

05

Custom Geometry & Personalized Paintwork

Our interactive online configurator lets you customize every aspect: from drivetrain groups (SRAM AXS, Shimano Alfine, GRX) and cockpit style (drop bar or flat bar) to personalized custom paint schemes.

Frequently Asked Questions About Koloride

What makes Koloride different from mass-production bike brands?

Every Koloride bike is built to order by hand in Poland. We use titanium and premium alloy with proprietary convertible dropouts compatible with Gates Carbon Drive belts, offering complete paint customization and component fitting.

Why is a belt drive superior for bikepacking expeditions?

The Gates Carbon Drive belt does not get dirty, does not rust, and lasts up to 30,000 km without oiling or maintenance. The internal gear hub protects gears from mud, gravel, and grit.

Where are Koloride bikes manufactured?

Design, frame engineering, assembly, and custom paintwork take place in Puszczykowo, Poland.
